There is always an excuse, it has taken up to 2 weeks to get a standard COI for my business, emails go unanswered, I have to call in and keep tabs on my requests, this has happened several times. I have been told by the lady on the phone "well you just ordered the COI 3 days ago, and I'm unclear on a few details" Really? then call and ask me the question. I own 2 other business and get COIs in 2 hours or less, producing a COI should not take 2 weeks.
